Theft, Ethics and the Workplace

At one of my preliminary chores, at that place was a paradox with stealth besides there was never re wholey a peachy deal done round it. I worked at a play course with many job duties such as change golf carts. I would too bring members golf traveling bags from the bag room to the golf carts and so back again when done. I would also stand on the driving station and sightly members golf clubs when they were done victimization them. I would also woof all the winds on the range with a golf ball picker. The position I was in was known as a red shirt. thither would ordinarily be ab extinct 5 of us red shirts operative at once and we were all or so the same historic period range. Most of us were in high school at the time. We had a boss who was around most of the time hardly who also had other duties so he wasnt always watching us. He actually left hand everyday at about five or six. We could result when all the carts were clean and everything was close up. De pending on the time of family and how early it gets dark out this could range from 7 to 10 at night. What you also select to realize is this wasnt your average golf course. This club is very scoop shovel and the members are extremely affluent because of the high membership fees. well-nigh of these members were very nice but others could be very barbarian because it seemed interchangeable they felt like they were better than you because they are so wealthy. \nSo now is when the stealing started to grapple into play. When these golf carts would come in after a day out play they would be filled with all kinds of garbage that we had to clean out. sometimes there were some good things found in the carts though. There would be unopened drinks and food. What we were charming much told to do was to survive these so they could sell them again. What we would do though is just check them for ourselves.
